    Shruti Singh is a part of customer success team in Siemens PLM. In this day and age of information overload, and when big data’s potential for disruptive innovation is expanding exponentially; She has grown passionate about being a key enabler in better-informed business decision making. She leverages her data science capabilities to analyze data from multiple touch points, and performs predictive modeling to contribute in the development of customer retention & customer conversion strategies in Siemens.
    She is a master’s candidate of data science & advanced analytics graduate program at Wayne State University. In her professional journey, Shruti has also worked as an analyst for major clients like Orange Business Services, Nokia and Microsoft for 5 years.
